EHS Flux Corporation ("we", "us", "our") is a consulting firm based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This privacy notice explains how we collect, use, and protect the information you share when you submit an enquiry through our website.
1. What We Collect
When you complete our enquiry form, we collect the following information:
- Full name — so we can address you correctly in our response.
- Company name (optional) — to understand the context of your enquiry.
- Email address — so we can reply to you. This address is also set as the Reply-To header on the email we receive.
- International phone number — collected with country selection and normalised to E.164 format. We use this if we need to call you to clarify your requirement.
- Selected requirement — the type of consulting service you are interested in.
- Subject and message — the details of your project, wastewater characteristics, and objectives.
- Source page — the URL hash from which you submitted the form (used to understand which sections drive enquiries).
- Submission timestamp (UTC) — for our internal records.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your enquiry information solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry with consulting guidance, proposals, or follow-up questions.
- Provide the specific service you have requested.
- Keep records of communications for the duration of any engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards as required by Indian business and tax regulations.
- Improve our website and services based on aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
We do not sell, rent, or share your enquiry information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. How We Process and Store Your Data
When you submit the form, your data is transmitted over HTTPS to our serverless API endpoint. The endpoint:
- Validates the data on the server.
- Forwards the enquiry as an email to info@ehsflux.com via our email provider, Resend.
- Sets your email address as the Reply-To header so we can respond to you directly.
- Does not store the enquiry in a database by default — the email inbox at info@ehsflux.com is the canonical record.
Server logs may retain the requesting IP address for up to 30 days for security and rate-limiting purposes. These logs do not contain the enquiry body.
4. Sharing With Processors
To deliver the enquiry email, we share the form data with the following processors:
- Resend — our transactional email provider, used to send the enquiry to our inbox. Resend processes data in line with their privacy policy.
- Vercel — our hosting provider, which runs the serverless API endpoint. Vercel processes data in line with their privacy policy.
We do not share your information with advertising networks, social media platforms, or data brokers.
5. Security
We protect your enquiry data with the following measures:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
- Server-side validation and HTML escaping to prevent injection attacks.
- Rate limiting (maximum 3 submissions per minute per IP) to prevent abuse.
- Honeypot field to detect automated spam submissions without affecting genuine users.
- Environment variables for all credentials — API keys are never exposed in frontend code or the public repository.
- Reply-To set to your email address so the company can respond directly without copying it elsewhere.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard protections.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the enquiry information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your enquiry record, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Withdraw consent for future communications at any time by emailing info@ehsflux.com.

7. Cookies
The EHS Flux Corporation website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. The only third-party resources loaded are:
- Google Fonts (CSS and font files; Google may log IP addresses per their privacy policy).
- intl-tel-input library from jsDelivr CDN (loads the country data file; jsDelivr may log anonymous CDN usage).
No cookies are set by our own JavaScript code.
8. Children's Privacy
This website and our consulting services are intended for business enquiries from chemical, pharmaceutical, and process industry professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted an enquiry, please contact us to have it deleted.
9. International Transfers
Because our email provider (Resend) and hosting provider (Vercel) may process data outside India, your enquiry information may be transferred to and stored in countries other than India. By submitting the form, you consent to these transfers.
10. Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The most recent version will always be available at this URL with the "Last updated" date at the top.
